‘Shiro’ Japanese Plum

Excellent for fresh eating, cooking, canning, preserves and desserts, it is a consistent bearer of fruit. It is one of the earliest ripening plums. Very hardy. Ripens in early August.
Semi-self-fertile, but benefits from cross polination from another Japanese plum (Prunus salicina).

‘Sovereign Coronation’ Seedless Grape
$14.00 – $18.00Sovereign Coronation is developed at Summerland Research Station, here in BC. This midseason eating grape produces virtually seedless, blue-purple fruit with a sweet musky flavour. Makes great preserves. Commonly sold from the Okanagan as fresh seedless table grapes, but also are the most widely grown table grape in Canada. The fruit has a vibrant blue colour similar to Concord and is earlier than traditional varieties. A great option for organic growers as fruit clusters tend to be more open allowing for better airflow and reduced disease pressure.

‘Sweet Million’ Tomato Transplant

This variety is the winner of the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Award of Garden Merit. Sweet Million matures early and deliver incredible yields of delicious sweet cherry tomatoes all season long. A terrific snacking tomato that’s impossible to resist!
This extremely vigorous plant needs support for climbing habit, pruning may be required for containment in smaller areas. Uniform fruits are 1″ (2.5 cm) on average ~1/2 oz. (10-15 grams). Resistant to Fusarium Wilt (Race 1), Tomato (Tobacco) Mosaic Virus.

‘Tumbler’ Cherry Tomato Basket
$21.00Grow true hanging basket cherry tomatoes! Tumbler has been our customer’s favourite hanging basket cherry tomato since we began experimenting years ago. Dwarf, determinate plants create many branches that will spread out and droop over the sides of the basket. They produce heavy yields of 1 to 2″, red fruits, often many weeks before typical garden tomatoes we offer.
They do require special care since they are grown in hanging baskets with limited root volume and nutrients and is more sensitive to environmental elements. Please read our Vegetable Basket Care Guide before ordering if you are unfamiliar with this product.

‘Yellow Brandywine’ Tomato Transplant

Kinnikinnick Bearberry
$16.00Hardy native mat-forming evergreen groundcover with small shiny foliage and pink, bell-shaped blooms in spring followed by red berries. Prefers a moist, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Kinnikinnick berries are edible but mealy and tasteless, but were an important traditional food source for some First Nations groups because of their persistence on branches throughout the winter. Due to their texture and lack of taste, the berries were usually processed, cooked, or preserved in some way. Young leaves can be used in tea as well.

‘Shortcake’ Raspberry
$26.00Compact and thornless! Harvest light red berries with ease. Fruit flavour is sweet with a vanilla essence. No need to trellis or stake this plant.
