Chicken Manure Compost

Chicken Manure Compost is a high nitrogen compost containing chicken manure and bedding sawdust that is thermophilically composted to meet the standards of organic growers. It is a great choice because of its nutritional and organic matter contents. Contains very few seeds and is very fine with no large stones/rocks. Due to the high wood content, this compost is hotter and weighs less than our LLF compost. 4+% nitrogen content.
Available as GRAINBAG (~5cuft)

LLF Farm Composted Manure

Our Linden Lane Farms compost is great for adding organic matter to your garden while also providing plant nutrition. Our compost is made using the thermophilic process by turning with an excavator and monitoring temperatures and moisture. It is approved for use on our certified organic vegetable fields.
Early Pickup Dates: April 5-7, 12-14, 19-21, 12pm-4pm
Regular Pickup Dates: May 3-5, 10-11, 24-26 10am-4pm.

Compost Ingredients – Native soft and hardwood chips, straw, hay and livestock manure (cattle, goat, sheep).
While we do our best to destroy seeds during composting, some seeds may survive. Our compost is free of soil but may contain the occasional rock from our barn foundation.
