3 Generations of Quality
The problem with food these days is that it’s boring, flavourless and travels thousands of kilometres to reach you causing obvious losses in quality. Just think of the last time you walked through your local grocer’s isles and weren’t disappointed by at least one imported vegetable or fruit. We strive to solve this problem by producing the highest quality products that we would be proud to feed to our own family. Flavour, appearance and longevity are important concerns but our quality stems deeper than just these traits. Paying attention to our soil’s health influences our flavours and the success of our plants, as well as our environmental impact. Our ideologies of providing safe, nutrient-dense and sustainable food align with our commitment to the organic standards. To say that quality is trait-specific is an understatement; it is a part of everything encompassing our farm.
