Our goal is to make your experience easier! Whether you a planting a garden, eating our produce, learning from us or rocking our merchandise, we want all of our products to be of the highest standard, but in working with live plants, human fallibility and conditions out of our control, we realize perfection is not always attained. We want you to be successful and satisfied whenever ordering from our farm.
Refunds or exchanges are available for 21 days. After 21 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Fresh produce, perishable items and nursery stock plants cannot be refunded or exchanged unless otherwise stated. Gift cards, CSA’s and downloadable products are also non-returnable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet;
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com. We will contact you back regarding the next steps in the process.
Plant Products & Guarantees
All plant stock sold is considered alive and true to type. We do our best to offer only our highest-quality plant products. If you are not satisfied with one of the many products we offer, please visit our Live Plant Policy for more information on our guarantees and how we are committed to making your growing experience easier.

Plants, plant materials and soils will not be accepted if returned to the farm address. We do this to minimize the risk of contaminating our organic system.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
