SPRING PLANT RESERVATION POLICY
We make it easier to grow your best garden!
What sets us apart from most nurseries, aside from our production growing experience with our products, is that we help you plan well in advance of the growing season by offering to reserve your plants for pickup or delivery in the spring! As a part of our Spring Plant Order program, you have the option to purchase in full or place a deposit on your order and pay the balance at pickup. Our program has helped hundreds of customers secure their gardening desires since 2013!
All plant stock sold is considered alive and true to type. We do our best to offer only our highest-quality plant products. All Spring Plant Orders require a 50% minimum deposit required to reserve. An order will also be reserved when paid in full. Some products do not qualify for deposits and require full payment to reserve.
Orders will be placed based on payment of a deposit or full payment. Deposits (50% of order value) cannot be refunded after March 31st at 11:59pm.
Payment can be made by cheque, gift card, email money transfer or credit card. Please follow the instructions on your invoice and order emails.
To make your experience even faster and easier at pickup we ask that orders be paid in full by April 14th. For mail orders, the recommended deadline for final payment is also April 14th. You will receive a friendly email reminder of your upcoming payment before these deadlines.
We strongly recommend ordering before April to secure your order. Please note that orders after this date are dependent on available inventory. Some stock may have limited available quantities. If products become unavailable due to conditions out of our control, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded for the price of the item.
Most bulk orders of 50+ plants will be subject to bulk order pricing. Please contact us for bulk order options, pricing and deadlines.
Pickup from Farm
Spring orders must be picked up in May during your selected date from the farm in Krestova. Due to availability and order fulfillment, please do not anticipate picking up your order before your selected date.
Centralized Delivery-Pickup Locations
Now offering drive-thu plant pickup dates for Nelson, Castlegar and Winlaw for $10 delivery fee. Arrange your delivery to your closest location here or select the location at checkout! Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for more information.
Spring orders over $500.00 qualify for Free local delivery within a 30-minute drive of Krestova. This order total ($500) only applies to the total value of live plant products and cannot be combined with other offers. We are unable to accommodate individual home deliveries at this time.
Most nursery stock is only available for pickup or may qualify for delivery. Shipping of most nursery items is not available due to size and weight. Certain plants such as bare-root asparagus crowns, cane-fruits, strawberry crowns, sweetpotato slips and seed garlic do qualify for shipping.
