‘Inchelium Red’ Softneck Seed Garlic

Irregular bulb shape tends to be move oval then round. Outer cloves tend to be much larger than inner cloves. Have had good luck with long-term storage. Most colour among our softneck cultivars. Originates from Inchelium, Washington. Does not produce a flowering stalk (scape) allowing it to be braided.

‘Kostyn’s Red Russian’ Seed Garlic

Well shaped, medium to large bulbs has performed well over the last few years with us. Very traditional Russian flavour. More red on wrappers than our Krestova Red Russian. Originated from Vancouver Island from “Uncle Kostyn”.

‘Krestova Red Russian’ Seed Garlic

A heritage strain, grown locally in Krestova. Was purchased from our surrounding Doukhobor community and has been thought to have been grown since settlement. Consistently large heads with beautiful marbled purple strip wrappers. Definitely our favourite!
