Bred and trialled to withstand the stressors of organic cropping systems, these 3 1/2–4 lb. heavily netted fruits are exceptionally sweet and aromatic. Harvest at forced slip or cut from the vine when the skin is mostly yellow but still shows a 30–40% green hue.
