When checking out of your online order for plants and garden products, you will be able to select from Farm Pickups, Local Home Delivery, or Canada Post Mail order options for your order’s “shipping”, as your order qualifies. If applicable, please note the date or weekend you have selected.
If you do not have one of the previous shipping options, a portion of your order does not qualify for that option. For example, the most common issue for mail order customers is selecting products that do not qualify for mail order shipping due to their size or shipping location restrictions.
Please check your selected pickup date or weekend on your order confirmation email (found in the “Shipping” tab below your list of ordered products). Please arrive during the open hours for your selected date or weekend. Unfortunately, if you arrive to pick up your order before your scheduled weekend, your order may not be ready.
PICKUPS DURING PLANT SALE: 10am to 5pm, Starting FRIDAY, MAY 3rd (While we are open everyday, please ensure you pickup during your designated pickup date listed on your order)
VISITING IN THE NURSERY: If you wish to check out the rest of the nursery, please park with the general public during our Plant Sale dates. When you enter the nursery, please notify the till staff that you are picking up an order under the last name. Our staff will then pull your order and place it at the till where it can be picked up (and paid for if still outstanding) when you are ready.

LOCAL HOME DELIVERY:
Online Orders over $500 qualify for free local home delivery within a 30-minute drive of Krestova. This order total ($500) only applies to the total value of live plant products and cannot be combined with other offers. We are unable to accommodate individual home deliveries for orders under $500 at this time. Orders who qualified for free home delivery will be contacted with their delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer home delivery for large compost orders.
CANADA POST MAIL ORDERS:
Only select products are available for mail order shipping due to size, weight, and other shipping restrictions. Please check each item to see if they qualify for shipping (located in the product description and “Shipping” tab) before adding to your cart.
Shipping costs are generated based on order contents and location based on Canada Post rates. Some orders and locations may require a custom shipping quote before the order is confirmed. We will provide you shipping quotes via email.
Shipping dates are based on product availability and seasonal temperatures. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are paid.
Orders ready for shipment are delivered to our mail service provider on Mondays and Tuesdays. We do our best to ship long-distance orders on Mondays to avoid shipment holdovers during the weekends.
We only send and arrange orders through Canada Post for Western Canadian customers. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of BC, AB, SK, and MB and are not accepting special orders at this time.
IMPORTANT ONLINE ORDER NOTES:
SWEETPOATO SLIP ORDERS: Sweetpotato Slip Orders will not be available until your selected pickup date on your order invoice.
MAIL ORDERS: Ensure all products qualify for shipping before checkout. Due to regulations, sizes, and weights, most plant and garden items are unavailable for shipping.
