We are working with our growers and suppliers to ensure your plants will be available for pickup from the farm in May or mailed/delivered to you as soon as possible during the current situation. If an issue that will effect your order does arise, we will contact you via email and/or phone. Please note the tentative shipping dates listed in the shipping tab on each product. 

We are also operating with strict food safety protocols to protect our customers, employees and our family. We are in consistent contact with local health authorities to ensure we are doing our best to mitigate the current situation while still ensuring our community with local plants and food.

What sets us apart from most nurseries, aside from our production growing experience with our products, is that we help you plan well in advance of the growing season by offering to reserve your plants for pickup or delivery in the spring! As a part of our Spring Plant Reservation program, you have the option to purchase in full or place a deposit on your order and pay the balance at pickup. Our SPR program has helped hundreds of customers secure their gardening desires since 2013!

Quality Standards

We will stand behind our high-quality plant products. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with our nursery plants including vegetable transplants and potted plants. We will work with you to determine solutions to any problems you may be having and determine if a replacement or credit is appropriate. Due to the nature of growing plants (weather, etc.), only certain circumstances will be reviewed for replacement or credit. We cannot accept returns of live plants due to our farm’s bio-security protocols.

Reservation Payment

All Spring Plant Reservations have a 50% minimum deposit required to place orders. An order can also be paid in full to be reserved. Some products do not qualify for SPR deposits and require full payment to reserve.  

Orders will be placed based on payment of a deposit or full payment. Deposits (50% of order value) cannot be refunded after March 31st.  

Payment can be made by cheque, gift card, email money transfer or credit card. Please follow the instructions on your invoice and order emails.

To make your experience even faster and easier at pickup we ask that orders be paid in full by April 22. For mail orders, the deadline for final payment is April 8. You will receive a friendly email reminder of your upcoming payment before these deadlines.


We strongly recommend ordering before April to secure your order. Please note that orders after this date are dependent on available inventory. Some stock may have limited available quantities. If products become unavailable due to conditions out of our control, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded for the price of the item. 

Most bulk orders of 50+ plants will be subject to bulk order pricing. Please contact us for bulk order options, pricing and deadlines.

Pickup from Farm

SPR orders must be picked up in May during your selected date from the farm in Krestova. Due to availability and order fulfillment, please do not anticipate to pick up your order before your selected date. 

Centralized Delivery-Pickup Locations

Now offering drive-thu plant pickup dates for Nelson, Castlegar and Winlaw for $10 delivery fee. Arrange your delivery to your closest location here or select the location at checkout! Email sales@lindenlanefarms.ca with your order number for more information.


SPR orders over $500.00 qualify for Free local delivery within a 30-minute drive of Krestova. This order total ($500) only applies to the total value of live plant products and cannot be combined with other offers. We are unable to accommodate individual home deliveries at this time.


Most nursery stock is only available for pickup or may qualify for delivery. Shipping of most nursery items is not available due to size and weight. Certain plants such as bare-root asparagus crowns, cane-fruits, strawberry crowns, sweetpotato slips and seed garlic do qualify for shipping.
