To start your claim under our Plant Quality Guarantee, Bare-root Plant Guarantee, or against another other product that does not meet your satisfaction, please review the details and submit the required information below.
Plant Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all plants sold are considered alive, true to type and when given proper care, will grow and thrive. If you have any concerns about the quality of your ordered plants, please file a claim within 10 days of receiving your order.
Bare-root Plant Guarantee
In addition to our standard Plant Quality Guarantee, we guarantee that our bare-root plants will break dormancy in their first year. We currently have a 97% success rate! All bare-root plants that, when cared for correctly, fail to leaf out by August 1st of the purchase year, will be eligible for a full replacement credit. All bare-root plants that leaf out, but die before August 1st, when cared for correctly, will be eligible for a credit valued at half the original sale price. All Bare-root Plant Guarantee claims must be made no later than August 15th of that purchasing year.
Submitting a Claim
You are required to submit photos of the plant/product, write a description of care and provide proof of payment. Due to the nature of growing plants (weather, care, etc.), only certain circumstances will be reviewed for replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to deny a claim if we find evidence that the plant was neglected or damaged due to customer error or lack of care.
